Damaged or Defective Items In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage. Upon receipt of the damaged items, we will process a replacement order for you. Please note that the damaged items must be returned to us before a new item is sent.
Items Not Eligible for Return The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
